Conference Registration / Terms and Conditions
Payment Terms
After completing and returning the registration form, full payment is required within five (5) days of receiving the invoice. Entry may be refused to any delegate whose invoice has not been paid in full. If full payment has not been received prior to the event, a credit card guarantee may be requested.
Once a booking is made via the website or by email, a 50% liability applies. A no-refund policy applies to cancellations received on or after one (1) month before the event. For the avoidance of doubt, group zenith does not refund any payments for cancellations received on or after one (1) month before the event. If you choose to cancel after this date, the full invoice remains payable.
Terms and Conditions
By registering for the event, you agree to provide accurate and complete registration information. It is your responsibility to inform group zenith of any changes to this information. Each registration is for one individual only, unless expressly stated otherwise on the registration page.
If you are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague provided that:
-
the substitution is requested at least one (1) week before the first day of the event, and
-
group zenith is informed in writing by email.
Name changes and substitutions must be from the same company.
group zenith reserves the right to amend the conference content, schedule, speakers, or venue without notice. group zenith also reserves the right to move the conference to a virtual (online) format at any time, with notice to you. A virtual event means an online conference accessible via the web where participants, clients, and delegates can attend remotely. In such circumstances, you are not entitled to a refund of any fees already paid.
Postponement, Cancellation, and Force Majeure
The event may be postponed or cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of group zenith (“Force Majeure”), meaning any circumstances beyond the control of group zenith, including, without limitation: an Act of God; governmental restraint; fire; storm; strike or lock-down (other than by group zenith’s own employees or agents); pandemic; war; or an act of terrorism.
If the event is postponed or cancelled due to Force Majeure, group zenith may:
-
move the event to a virtual format; or
-
issue a credit for 100% of the contract fee paid (a “voucher”).
The voucher may be used for another event and must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of cancellation. For the avoidance of doubt, if you do not use the voucher within one (1) year from the cancellation date, you lose the right to any refund of fees paid. If the Force Majeure situation continues, group zenith may postpone the virtual event multiple times.
Postponed Events and the “Period”
group zenith may postpone the event/conference so that it takes place within twelve (12) months from the date of postponement (the “Period”). In the event of postponement, clients/delegates may either:
-
attend the postponed event/conference; or
-
choose another event/conference organized by group zenith within the Period.
For the avoidance of doubt, if the event/conference is postponed and clients/delegates do not attend the postponed event or do not select an alternative event within the Period, clients/delegates are not entitled to any refund. A no-refund policy applies.
Travel, Inclusions, and Data Use
We strongly recommend that all conference clients/delegates obtain travel insurance. The conference fee includes refreshments, lunch, and conference materials for the event. The fee does not include travel, hotel accommodation, transfers, or insurance (which group zenith strongly recommends you obtain). A no-refund policy applies.
We may store and process your information for administrative purposes, to better understand your needs, and to improve our products and services. We may also use this information to contact you. You may refuse to provide this information at any time.
Please complete the registration form in full so that we can contact you and provide the best possible service.
